What we do
An AI agent texts with you and contacts companies for you about refunds, cancellations, disputes and prices. We are not a law firm and we do not give legal advice. We do our best, but we cannot promise that a company will agree.
You let us act for you
You allow us to email companies for you about the cases you give us, from your connected Gmail or from our address with you copied, following the plan you agreed to. Tell us only what is true, and only about your own matters.
The price
A 3-day free trial with your card, then $20 a month or $100 a year, charged automatically until you cancel. One trial per person and per card.
You can cancel any time from your account page. If you cancel during the trial, it stops at once and you pay nothing. If you cancel a paid plan, it runs to the end of the period you paid for.
Our guarantee
We win you money, or you get your money back: if we don’t get you back more than you paid us, we refund what you paid. Write to hbkdistribution@gmail.com to ask.
Fair use
Do not use our service for anything illegal, for fraud or to harass anyone. We may stop working for you if you do. Your phone company may charge for texts.
Our responsibility
The service is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, and our total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
Changes and contact
If we change these terms, we update the date at the top, and tell you by text about a big change.
